Instagram allows you to share multiple photos and videos simultaneously on Stories
Instagram has announced some updates to Stories on Android, including the ability to upload multiple photos and videos at once on Instagram.
Previously, if you wanted to add multiple photos or videos to your Instagram story, you will need to go through the process for each individual piece of media. Now, when Android users upload media, there will be a new icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you tap it will display your phone’s gallery and you can choose up to 10 photos and videos to put in one shot. Once the content is selected, you’ll see a preview of how it all looks, and have the option to add stickers, text and other decorations to each before uploading everything.
Uploading a lot of photos and videos at a time is very convenient and a time saver in various situations. Sometimes you may want to keep up with things you shot to make sure it is perfect before you place it.
Together with this update, Instagram also made a tweak to post your story. If you share a photo or video, the placement style will automatically suggest places where it was captured. It’s a nice shortcut, and can also help if you need a reminder.
These updates are now available on Android and will arrive in iOS later on.
